Tn fur Jobs types and what they are
Server mod
Server mods help out on the discord server and the website. They're primary job is to enforce the rules and only the rules. If you get this role you will be responsible to ban bots, kick or ban Hateful users who joined to be transphobic, homophobic, racist, hateful to others beliefs, or anti-furry. Any person spamming on purpose to be rude will need to be placed on timeout and Skunk will determine what to do next with them. If someone is advertising a server remove their message, and give a warning, and if someone is advertising something else for sale such as art or fursuits that is the only time you are permitted to tell them to post it in the correct channel. any other off topic conversations are allowed inside the server. If someone is acting inappropriately timeout them and remove any nsfw messages but screenshot them and send them to skunk. Any sfw messages that correlate to the reason they are in timeout should be left for skunk to see. Anything not written here is not your job to enforce.
Event host
Tennessee is a big state! and because of this we need some help hosting events! event hosts are location based and we will need two for both west tennessee and east tennessee. Your job would be to plan and host events, or to just host events we plan within your area! Kind of like a designated chaperone, you will be in charge of making sure there is a group photo, as well as making sure our group doesn't get kicked out of the venue. If you decide to create your own events if they are paid events (such as a rave you host or something you own the tickets for) you may be allowed to keep all of the revenue depending on the event and involvement of the owner! Paid events you earn from must be preapproved. For your first two events Skunk will attend as a normal member and will not help you, just will check and see how well you can handle running a group. You arent expected to do perfect on your first event but are expected to be able to hand it by the second event. Previous experience isn't required but it does help! You will need to be able to get around easily , via driving yourself or a permanent help.
Secondary Event host
All of your responsibilities are just about the same as event host! you will be responsible for making events for your are anytime the primary event host doesn't, and if they have an event you will need to help them host it! You can help plan the group photo or anything along those lines. You arent the primary host, you are there to help not run. You may be expected be a stand in for the primary host if they are sick or cancel last minute. This job isn't always paid but if your Primary host hosts a paid event you will receive a part of it. You aren't expected to attend every event planned by your primary host, so this is a more lax position, but if you attend zero percent of your primary hosts events you cannot keep this position.

Main event help
Our main events shift location all the time! Main event help is here to be on call for things like setting up a venue location with things like tables, food setup, etc. This role gets free tickets to any of the events we host and gets free food if there is any food. It may in certain circumstances be paid , if we make enough money during the event to reimburse you some. You will also need to help us clean up after the event.
